Private Training and Behavior Clients must sign and submit the Release of Liability Form prior to the commencement of training.

Anyone training or practicing at the Confident Canines arena (agility and obedience class students, private arena rentals) must sign and submit BOTH the Release of Liability and Policies forms prior to any use of the facilities.
